Reiki
As a 5th generation Usui reiki master, from the comfort of your own space through distant Reiki, or in Person at my business location, I will perform a physical, emotional, and spiritual scan to find areas of concern, and release energetic blocks. I will guide you towards appropriate medical professionals, if needed, upon my findings. Reiki will promote a sense of well-being and peace, alleviate depression, stress, and anxiety, and promote physical healing, as well.
Hypnotherapy
These sessions are designed to help you experience deep relaxation whilst simultaneously helping to initiate total personal transformation. I will guide you on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment, helping you to unlock your full potential and overcome obstacles. Reconnect with your inner strength and achieve lasting positive change in a safe and supportive environment. We can focus on achieving specific goals such as overcoming addiction, weight loss, rewiring limiting beliefs to cease old cycles and patterns.
